Corporation tax

During the engagement to prepare limited company accounts we also assist the company in the preparation of its corporation tax reporting obligations.

From the accounts, we prepare corporation tax and capital allowance computations using our knowledge and experience and our understanding of  the tax legislation. The corporation tax return form is prepared using this information and forwarded to you for consideration and signature. The corporation tax return is them forwarded to HM Revenue and Customs on the company’s behalf together with a copy of the corporation tax and capital allowance computations and a copy of the company’s accounts. We write to advise you that the submission has occurred and again once the corporation tax return has been acknowledged by HM Revenue and Customs.

Should HM Revenue and Customs raise any questions on the return submitted, we will deal with this on the company's behalf.
